šÆļøI am so excited to announce my first Sacred Cacao and Cosmic Sound Journey as part of a 4 month residency at the super beautiful Rionce Art Studios, SE13 on Wednesday 21st October at 7.30pm.
As we move into cosy season, this is your invitation to drop all responsibilities and gift yourself a few delicious hours of pure nourishment.
Nothing to achieve. Nothing to work out. Nothing required of you but to receive.
Bring all of yourself, soften into the moment and let yourself be held, replenished and reminded of WHO YOU ARE.
What to expect
Arrive & gather in circle ā settle in, connect and let this be your sanctuary for the next 2 hours.
Gentle softening practices ā give your mind a rest and let your body fully exhale.
Cacao ceremony ā offer our prayers to our beloved Mama Cacao, medicine for the heart, and drink your own sacred love potion.
Magical sound journey ā surrender, receive and allow the sounds to deeply nourish you.
Leave feeling lighter ā replenished, connected and able to see yourself with more compassion and love.
