I've been leading transformative ceremonies for five years and have devoted over 15 years to the sacred path of the heart.

My training in feminine arts, kundalini yoga, medicine ceremonies, embodiment, meditation, and authentic relating has deeply shaped my unique approach.

However, I believe my greatest teachers have been life’s initiations, experiences of loss, heartbreak, and addiction, that continually guide me back to love and wisdom.
